We can't take back personalized items unless we have made a mistake in the personalizing but we do want you to be happy and will do our very best to work with you if you are not completely satisfied.
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 weeks. We generally ship much sooner but as demand increases we aren't always able to ship out within 3 days as we once were. As always, just let us know if it's a special occasion and we will rush it out.
We try to make shipping as low as possible and while we can't offer free shipping on all orders any longer, we do split the cost with you.
Shipping on orders under $75.00 is $5.00
Shipping on orders $75.00 or more is free
Shipping on international orders will be calculated seperately.
If a package is "undeliverable" per USPS but has been sent to the address provided to us, we cannot be held responsible. We will do everything we can to locate the package or notify you once it is returned to us. We are no longer able to send a replacement package out until the first one is returned to us. |
